By creating a QuickQ account or using our service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QuickQ for any illegal activity, to send spam or malware, to attack third-party infrastructure, to violate intellectual-property rights, or to circumvent lawful sanctions. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time from your account dashboard.

5. Refunds

New paid subscriptions are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact billing@quickqofficial.com to request a refund.

6. Devices

A standard subscription permits up to 3 simultaneous devices. Router installations count as one device.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.99% line uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance where practical.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
