QuickQ VPN exists to protect your privacy. We operate a strict no-log service and only collect the minimum information required to run your account and keep the network secure.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: email address and hashed password. Billing data: handled by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number. Basic diagnostic events: crash reports and aggregated connection counts, never tied to browsing.

3. What We Never Log

We do not log browsing history, DNS queries, traffic destinations, connection timestamps tied to accounts, IP addresses used through the tunnel, or bandwidth per session. Our servers run in RAM only; a reboot wipes state.

4. How We Use Data

To operate your account, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. We never sell your data.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the service (payment processors, email delivery, cloud infrastructure) and only under confidentiality obligations.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@quickqofficial.com.

7. Retention

We retain account data as long as the account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
